Just want to share something 
I got my period yesterday morning and I'm waiting for it to start hurting before I drink the pain reliever, the pain always starts within an hour or two. And I wait and wait, nothing happens. I know that I can' leave the house because it starts suddenly and hurts so much that I have to lie down, but I can't even wait any longer and went out, did my chores, came back... nothing. So around midnight I went to bed and did not take the pain reliever - for the second time in 32 years, is it possible? It could only be because of those exercises.

I mean, it's a revolution. And you know what's super funny, I always do those exercises according to someone's instructions and I think - it's ok, they probably work on some unfathomable level, but in fact no one knows how to do the exercises and they show all sorts of stupid things. You are a doctor woman, this is absolutely amazing to me.
