Superfood



A superfood is food that is richer in nutritional values than other foods and that contains a high level of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants with a minimal number of calories. These include:

  • Linseed

  • Chia seed

  • Berries

  • Hemp

  • Cacao

  • Turmeric

  • Maca

  • Chlorella, spirulina

  • Wheat grass

  • Green leafy vegetables

  • Quinoa, Amaranth, Millet, Barley, Oats

  • Salmon

  • Kefir


In addition, there are some other foods that are considered superfoods because of their nutritional value:

  • Honey and bee products

  • Nuts and seeds

  • Citrus fruits

  • Pomegranate

  • Avocado

  • Coconut, coconut oil and coconut water

  • Olive oil

  • Broccoli

  • Garlic and onion

  • Mushroooms

  • Legumes and red beans
